Esiste ancora un diritto dei popoli contro l’oppressione ingiusta e illegittima dei governi? Eiste ancora quel diritto – dovere morale di disobbedienza teorizzato da Van Groot, Locke, Rousseau, Condorcet, e perfino da Sofocle nell’Antigone? Il cittadino ha ancora diritto ad essere governato saggiamente come scritto nella Costituzione francese del 1793 e nella Dichiarazione d’indipendenza degli Stati Uniti del 1776, che costituisce il presupposto per l’esercizio di tutti gli altri diritti fondamentali? Si può definire resistenza il terrorismo, considerando che la resistenza non copisce mai civili, ma solo le forze armate del braccio dittatoriale? Considerando che nel rapporto “Patterns of a global terrorism, "Iran is described as the most active among the states that support terrorism (and not just words!), there seems contradictory to the inclusion in the list of terrorist groups in the main group that is fighting against this regime , the PMOI? The organization of the Mujahedin has been recognized as a legitimate resistance force by the parliaments of U.S., British, Belgian, Luxembourg and Italian. We can not ignore a procedural standpoint it is impossible for the application of sanctions without due process right, as included in the list above provides no possibility of intervention or by the organization's information. This helps the democratic process in Iran? No.
